Raw to TIFF Converter - Update

After my initial release of the Raw to TIFF Converter, I decided to fix some of the issues I initially had with the tool. This release focuses on user interface improvements, performance boosts through multithreading and improved logging. Which is not much, but it’s nice I guess :S

The Key updates focus on an improved and redesigned interface which now features a (maybe more) eye friendly dark theme. I have also decided to multithread the entire conversion process which should speed up the conversion process significantly. I also added logs which just show the current progress of the conversion process and save the that to a file.
